 Birthday family arrives 20 minutes early to welcome your guests. You will be able to check in to the party room 30 minutes before your party moves to the room. The party room is always the last 30 mintues of a Gold or Silver party. We have room to store your things before you enter the party room. All-Star parties have access to the party room for the entire party.  Please make sure everyone is pre-registered and dressed for basketball. No black-marking soles please.  

Birthday Guest arrival/departure policy. We ask that guests arrive no more than 15 minutes before the designated start time and avoid staying beyond 15 minutes after the party concludes. In the event that guest arrive early or extend their stay beyond this timeframe, a fee of $50 per 15 minutes will be assessed. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work together to make this celebration a delightful experience for all.  

 You may bring your own brithday desert to the party. All drinks and food must be contained in the party room. You may bring your own decorations for the party room as long as they do not adhere or hang on the walls. If you would like to serve food other than your birthday desert, you may purchase the pizza pack or add a $100 outside food fee. Your pizza and drink package will be served in your private party room. 

Your food/pizza package with inclue  5 medium 1-topping pizzas + gatorade and water for each of your guest.  If you would like to add additional pizzas and gatorade you may do so for only $20 per pizza. You may choose your pizza toppings. If you do not specify, we will have cheese and pepparoni pizzas ready for you and your guest.

Kindly note that due to venue restriction and to ensure a smooth event,  we ask that guest arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start of the party or stay beyond 15 minutes after the end.

Come ready to celebrate and play basketball. Lace up your basketball shoes and be ready for fun. 

If you go over the number of guest included in your party just pay the per-person charged on the day of the party. The number of guest you upload for your guest list does not affect your charge. We will determine the number how participate so if you are unsure it is best to include them on the guestlist.

Thank you for thinking of your party coahes. You are not required to tip them, but we understand that sometimes you like to say a specail thank you. You may tip them on creditcard at the front or with cash directly to the coach. We are so happy you choose to spend this specail day with us.

Gold and silver parties my access the party room 30 minutes before your party goes to the partyroom to decorate/set-up.  All parties have 30 minutes at the end of the party in the private party room. The time in the party room and time in the skills stations are designed to make the party run smoothly and maximize guest enjoyement. 

We love to have the party last longer.  You can add additional hours during business hours for just $300 per hour. Add additional hours after business hours for just $400 per hour. 

Silver and gold party package can add pizza + gatorade package for just $150. It  includes 5 medium pizzas + 1   and 1 water per participant $150.  If you would like to serve food other than your birthday desert, you may purchase the pizza pack or add a $100 outside food fee and cater/ bring your own food.

Add a special t-shirt for Birthday Child for only $25 

 All party guests must have a signed waiver to get on the court. For minors, a parent or guardian must complete the waiver. To save time, please have them pre-register at https://shoot360houston.com/guest before arriving. If needed, a parent can also complete the waiver when they arrive.
