Our Personal Training provides private 1:1 attention with a Shoot 360 | Houston coach. These co-ed sessions are available to players of all skill and ability levels. Areas of emphasis include shooting, ball-handling, offensive moves, footwork and confidence tailored to the specific needs of the player. See below to requst a time/coach.

You must have persoanl training credits to schedule your personal training time. Cancelations must be made 24 hours in advance. We are here to help.

Your membership includes our basketball classes/group trainings that are listing on your app. These training opportunities are designed to develop and enhance specific aspects of your basketball game.

Yes, your membership will stay at your low monthly rate until you cancel on shoot360.com Don't worry about any rate hikes, you are locked into your low montly rate for as long as you keep your membership.

When things get busy, suspension is a great option. Suspended months allow you to use your member discounts on camp, birthday parties, and personal trainings. It's just $10 + tax during your suspended time, you won't be able to use your workouts or group trainging until your reactiate your membership. You can suspend for up to two months at one time.
To Suspend: You can suspend on the app or shoot360.com. All Shoot 360 locations are privately owned and the membership can not be used at other location. Some Shoot 360 locations will offer active members a discount. Ask us at the front desk for more details.
Your Shoot 360 membership includes the group trainings. Check your app for detail and plan to attend the group trainings you qualify. The description of each class gives details about the class. We are here to help, ask us at the front desk if you have questions.
Yes! Schedule 30 minutes of shooting and 30 minutes of skills every or anyday of the week. In addition to your workouts you can join group trainings. If we have availablity you may complete additional shooting or skills workouts. Shoot 360 workouts can be scheduled at your convenience.
