What ages are Shoot 360 events designed for?

Shoot 360 events are designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Every birthday party or corporate event is customized to match the age, experience level, and goals of your group. Our team helps plan the activities so every guest feels included, engaged, and like a VIP on the court.

Are Shoot 360 events open to non members?

Yes. Both members and non members can book birthday parties and corporate events. Active members receive exclusive discounts. Members can enter their member discount code during checkout to receive their savings.

What makes a Shoot 360 event different?

Shoot 360 events combine fun competition with advanced basketball training tools used at the highest levels of the game. Each event includes a dedicated party coach who guides guests through exciting basketball challenges using NBA level training technology. Guests enjoy structured activities on the court followed by time in a private party room for food and celebration. Our goal is to create a smooth, exciting experience that parents and guests remember long after the event ends.

The time on the court and time in the party room are structured to keep the event moving smoothly and maximize the fun for all guests.

Do you host corporate or team events?

Yes. Shoot 360 hosts corporate and team building events designed to create a fun and competitive group experience. Each event is customized based on your group size, budget, and goals. To begin planning your event, contact us at: [email protected]

When should we arrive for the event?

The host should arrive 20 minutes before the party begins. Guests should arrive about 5-10 minutes before the party start time. To keep events running smoothly, we ask that guests do not arrive more than 15 minutes early or remain more than 15 minutes after the party ends.

Can we decorate the party room?

Yes. You may bring decorations for the party room. Decorations cannot be taped, nailed, or attached to the walls. Gold and Silver parties may request access the party room 30 minutes before their scheduled party room time at the time of scheduling.

What happens if more guests show up than expected?

No problem. If more guests attend than the number included in your package, you can simply pay the per person fee on the day of the event. The guest list you upload during booking does not determine your final charge, so it is best to include anyone who may attend

Do guests need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All participants must have a signed waiver before they can enter the court. For minors, a parent or guardian must complete the waiver. To save time, guests should pre register before arriving at:

What food options are available?

You can add the pizza and drink package to your party. This package includes five medium one topping pizzas along with a Gatorade and water for each participant. Additional pizzas can be added for 20 dollars each. If toppings are not selected in advance, we will prepare cheese and pepperoni pizzas.

Can we bring outside food?

Families are welcome to bring a birthday dessert for the celebration. All food and drinks must stay inside the private party room. If you would like to serve additional food, you may purchase the pizza package or pay a 100 dollar outside food fee and bring your own catered food.

Can we extend the party time?

Many families choose to extend the celebration. Additional time can be added for 300 dollars per hour during business hours or 400 dollars per hour after business hours. Extended time has limited availability and is best added when the party is booked, but in some cases it can be added up to one week before the event if space allows.

Are there add ons to make the party extra special?

Yes. Popular add ons include a birthday shirt for the birthday athlete for 25 dollars. You can also purchase a special birthday training package for 175 dollars that includes 394 dollars worth of personal training sessions that can be scheduled before or after the event through the Shoot 360 app.

Should we tip the party coaches?

Tipping is not required, but many families choose to thank their coaches for helping make the day special. Tips can be given in cash directly to the coach or added at the front desk using a credit card.

How should we invite our guests?

You may print or send your party invitation by text. After completing your birthday party package purchase, you will receive an email that includes your exclusive Shoot 360 invitation.
